I came here with my auntie Joodz for a girly spa day a couple of months ago, we both went for the Signature Cowshed Moody Massage (60 mins £100 or 90 mins £140).

My auntie chose the invigorating massage, Wild Cow:
With an unstoppable mix of energising Lemongrass, invigorating Ginger and reviving Rosemary essential oils, Wild Cow is perfect for when you want to start the day on a high or a night out with a bang.

And I chose the relaxing massage, Knackered Cow:
The calming Lavender and uplifting Eucalyptus in our best-selling Knackered Cow mood can help you to relax and unwind. All oils are made in England using natural ingredients.

The massage therapists were very welcoming and friendly and always had a smile on their face 🙂
My therapist wanted to recommend the best massage for me and she took the time to ask how I was feeling that day (a Saturday afternoon) and if I had any plans after. I told her I was going to see Beyoncé later and she recommended the invigorating massage – but I always think of massages as calming and soothing so I asked to smell some of the other oils she had. The one I was drawn to the most was the Knackered Cow, which is made up of lavender and eucalyptus. I’m not actually a big fan of lavender but the eucalyptus really complimented it 🙂
My massage therapist warned me that this was going to make me feel sleepy so probably not the best one to go for if I’m going to a Beyoncé concert later, but I didn’t listen..
I went ahead with the Knackered Cow massage and absolutely conked out haha!
It was amazing though, so relaxing and she had the perfect pressure, I could have easily stayed for another hour.
I was so relaxed that when the massage had finished I went to meet my auntie in the lobby area and told her I still felt half asleep.
She got me a yummy flapjack from The Mint Bar to help liven me up bless her, oh and she gave me back my earrings that I forgot and left in the treatment room, like I said, still half asleep haha..
She said she had a lovely massage too, we would definitely go back.

They have everything here by the way..

Swimming pool
Sauna
Hammam
Manicures
Pedicures
Facials
Hair removal
Maternity treatments
Massages and scrubs

..and you can even find The Mint Bar in the lobby area serving food and drinks 🙂

They also have Vitadrip by The Elixir Clinic.
Treatments range from £50 intramuscular injections (B12) to £350 Anti-Ageing VitaDrips.
“VitaDrip® infusions are a blend of high quality vitamins, essential minerals and amino acids, aimed at promoting long-term wellbeing. Administered via an intravenous drip by a qualified nurse, The Elixir Clinic vitamin infusions and intramuscular injections take place in the private treatment rooms of Ned’s Club Spa.”

While we were there we also popped into CECCONI’S on the ground floor for Saturday Brunch (Midday to 4:30pm).
“All-day Venetian brasserie, serving northern Italian dishes in a classic setting. Expect the same favourites that are served at its sister restaurants in Mayfair, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul, Miami and West Hollywood.”
The staff here were so thoughtful 🙂
I didn’t really fancy any of the drinks they had on the menu so I told them some of my favourite ingredients and they created a lovely mocktail for me, it was delicious!
I would come back here again too, although there are so many different places to choose from at The Ned, you could just do a bar/restaurant crawl under the one roof haha..
